Group Delivery and Return Information: IsraelPhones will deliver the phones to your program in Israel at the airport or your first destination. To be eligible for free delivery, you must select your group from the "Shipping Options" section below. Upon completion of your trip, the phones will be collected from you. This option saves you the cost and hassle of arranging the receipt and return of your phone.

Non-Group Delivery and Return Information: For all travelers who are not arriving with the group, please provide us with a delivery address. We are currently able to deliver your phone to any destination in Israel and the US for a charge of $10-$19, depending on location. If you are extending your stay in Israel beyond the group departure date, you may return your phones to IsraelPhones via one of our many return locations across the country (including Ben-Gurion airport) or request a pickup from anywhere in Israel. Complete return information will be supplied with your phone – return/pickup charges may apply.

Please note that a $100 authorization (what is an authorization?) will be taken on your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your itemized bill will be sent to you via email. Please check your email address carefully in order to assure receipt of your bill. Lost or stolen rentals must be reported immediately to IsraelPhones and the carrier in order to avoid unnecessary charges.
