Located in the peaceful Galilee countryside, on the bank of the Hermon stream (Banias) in “Moshav She’ar Yashuv”, Kurlender Guest House is a small family owned hostel built in the middle of an organic orange grove.
Omer Kurlender, third generation to a family of the village founders, would love to show you around the organic farm, consisting of citrus fruits, summer fruits and olive oil.
Our hostel is the perfect base camp for the numerous hiking and cycling trails the upper Galilee has to offer, as well as being situated 5 minutes from the Golan trail and 2 minutes from the starting point of the Israel national trail — we would love to give a ride, if needed.
Being hikers ourselves, we would be more than happy to provide information and help with planning trips in our area and all over the country.
A grocery store is just across the road from us and you can use one of our bikes to ride to on of the pubs in the kibbutzim next to us.
Our hostel provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. Units here comprise a flat-screen satellite TV, some offering a seating area with a sofa as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen or a kitchenette with a dining area. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower and provide free toiletries.
