Best way (20-30 min in total, ~55NIS): Take the train to Tel Aviv, get off at ‘Ha’hagana’ After 10 min.Take a taxi to Salameh 4 st. The ride shouldn’t take more than 10min. Pay 25-40 depends on your luggage.

Cheaper but Longer (About an hour in total, ~25NIS): Take the train to Tel Aviv, get off at ‘Savidor Merkaz’ After 16 min.Take bus line no. 18 from the bus terminal outside. Get off at ‘Hatzrot Yaffo’ station (Shderot Yerushalaim 20). up to 35 min. Walk ~50 meters north (opposite to bus direction) to Salameh st. and turn right, walk ~60 more meters enter the nice path between no. 4 and no. 6. its the first door on your right.
